Beautifully framed within the West Waterford countryside on the banks of the Blackwater river, Blackwater Distillery is renowned nationally and internationally for its innovative, informed and brave approach to creating a diverse range of contemporary Irish spirits that are distilled according to centuries-old techniques.

Located within a refurbished 1950’s hardware store at the heart of Ballyduff village, the tone at Blackwater Distillery is set by a team of colourful, engaging and (sometimes) defiant entrepreneurs including founder, Peter Mulryan (drinks author and former TV producer) and Head Distiller, John Wilcox.
