  • Clonakilty can be accessed by car taking the N71 road from Cork. Bus Eireann route no. 237 and West Cork Connect bus run between Cork and Clonakilty.

Immerse yourself in a guided sensory experience of our working distillery, designed specifically to produce Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Combining world-class visitor facilities, the very best in multi-media presentation and expert guides, visitors will experience first-hand the smell, sound, sights and taste of a distillery.

The distillery is designed to allow visitors up close to the process, in a safe and entertaining way, and our team are some of the most knowledgeable distillery guides who will happily answer your questions as they take you on a journey of whiskey discovery. At the end of the tour visitors will enjoy a guided tasting, sampling a choice of premium quality whiskey, with the option to stay on at their leisure in the Speakeasy bar.

For a more in-depth distilling experience, visitors can partake in the Minke Gin School learning all about the gin-making process and distilling their own bespoke bottle of gin to take home.
