Enjoy the stories and legends of this ancient land shaped by the Atlantic and the mountains. And learn a bit about the science of distilling in our Apothecary corner. Learn about maturation and the importance of wood and environment in developing the taste of Irish whiskey.

Enjoy an intimate tasting session with a local spirits aficionado. Skellig Six18 have 2 tasting opportunities – a tasting of Skellig Six18 Gin or a premium whiskey tasting experience, where you can sample mature Irish whiskey which have been blended and recasked on site especially to give our visitor a completely unique whiskey tasting, only available at the distillery.
