The Echlinville Distillery Tour & Tipple offers a real insight into the workings of Northern Ireland’s first newly licensed distillery for over 125 years and home to some of Ireland’s best-known spirits – Dunville’s Irish Whiskey, Echlinville Gin, Jawbox Gin, Weavers Gin and Bán Poitín.

Enjoy welcome refreshments before following the journey of our spirit from ground to glass. Hear about their commitment to provenance and how they sow, grow, harvest and floor malt all their own barley on their distillery farm. View the beautiful copper stills and enjoy the earthy aromas of our whiskey maturation warehouse and sleeping casks. And after you have discovered how they capture the flavour, colour and mouthfeel of their spirits, relax and enjoy two drinks of your choice in the bar.

Distiller’s Rest Café and walking trails are open to the public, regardless of whether or not you are participating in a distillery tour. The café and walking trails are dog friendly.
